TFHKA Student Roster & CE Submission
Welcome! We are glad you’re submitting your class roster today. First, find and click the blue link labeled “Excel Template” to download the blank roster form. Open it and enter your class details— Open it and enter your class details—student names, dates, CE status, etc. Then save the file on your computer. For more detailed step-by-step instructions, click here.
Next, return to this form. Start by entering your name, email, class date, and location. In the “CE Hours” box, please replace any example number with the total hours of continuing education you taught.
Then enter how many students you’re reporting:

For Single TFH Class Registration (e.g., Intro to TFH, Metaphors, TFH Levels 1–4), enter the number of students.

For Synthesis Class Registration, enter the number of students in the full program.

If students need CE certificates, enter the number you require.
At the bottom of the form, use “Upload File” to select the saved Excel roster, then follow the prompt to make your payment. Once we receive your file and payment, we’ll send a confirmation email to let you know it went through.
