I’m a newer Touch for Health instructor, currently teaching Levels One and Two, and I’m so excited to be part of this growing and supportive community. My introduction to Touch for Health came a few years ago, and the system quickly became a foundational part of how I approach healing—not just for others, but for myself and my family.

 

I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world and exploring many different healing modalities. But through all my experiences, I’ve found myself returning to the deep, grounded work that Touch for Health offers. It’s accessible, powerful, and rooted in a belief that every person has the ability to rebalance and heal. That’s the kind of work I want to build my life around.

 

In 2024, I traveled to Costa Rica to complete my Instructor Training and have been teaching TFH locally ever since, integrating it into my massage therapy and holistic wellness practice here in Wisconsin. I live in a beautifully chaotic home full of love, kids, a brand-new grandbaby, and a small zoo of animals—and I bring that same warmth, realness, and energy into every session I offer.

 

I would be honored to serve on the board and help support the mission of Touch for Health through community education, fresh ideas, and a heart-centered approach.
